Arrived on time. Presented himself clearly and politely . On being shown the job he asked a number of clearly expressed questions and made some measurements. I asked a number of questions which were answered precisely. I accepted his quotation and he began the work immediately. This was a very challenging job which had been has been attempted unsuccessfully on two previous occasions by others. An appointment was scheduled for a couple of days later and the work was started early that day & completed that same day. The workers were on time, polite, knowledgeable and proficient. Brilliant! Communication and attention to detail was outstanding all the way through. Zoltan and Tabita are lovely people too. They asked lots of questions to make sure everything was just how we wanted. They come across as highly professional and take pride in their work.
