I can't comment on the any work carried out but we had him booked in to attend, he did not turn up on the day and when I messaged him I had no reply, not very happy as I took time out of work.

Martin did a superb job of skimming a bedroom ceiling covered with extremely unattractive artex. He was friendly and easy to deal with, arrived exactly when he said he would, worked quickly and efficiently, and left the room spotless. Highly recommended.

Arrived on time, did a serious and good quality job (knock down and rebuild front garden wall). Very nice and polite person who knows his job. Left the place nice and clean. I'm very pleased with D C Brickwork & Property and recommend it!

Houghton Construction is a company I would use again. We Had a very good working relationship with Aaron and all the trades people he used. I learned a lot about various aspects of the building trade through Aaron and his people being around them (and sometimes in their way) for a few weeks . Thanks Aaron and all the trades people.

Tony and his team did a great job of converting a rather limited loft space into what is now a really great bedroom and en-suite. Both throughout the quotation and the build itself Tony was always available to answer any questions and to advise on details to ensure we got the result we needed. The job itself was completed to a high standard and the team were prompt and work hard working throughout to ensure completion on time and on budget. I would happily recommend BT Build 4U and would use them again.

Found this company through rated people when I was looking for someone to clean the moss off my roof. The service they provided was excellent, they were very polite & clearly knew what they were doing & the cost was far less than I had been quoted by others. Andy and Dan together with their team of local tradesmen provided us with a 1st class job. Our garage conversion into 2 rooms was completed on time, to an excellent finish and to the exact budget they quoted. Cannot fault the speed at which House Proud Property Services got in contact with me and arrived at my property to take a look at the issue. We feel so lucky to have found Colin for decorating our kitchen, family room, study, bedroom and utility room. He's done the most amazing job swiftly and efficiently and we are so pleased with his work. Not only did he do a brilliant job but he was meticulous in tidying up afterwards and always kept a smile on his face! We highly recommend Colin if you are lucky enough that he is free to do your job.
