Silviu and his team did a neat and tidy job, on time and within the budget agreed. They went out of their way to help with collecting and delivering the materials needed, because of the time constraint and I really appreciate that gesture. Adam n Harry are prompt, professional n are certified roof doctors for sure. They are reassuring and very customer focused. I have no hesitation to recommend George for any works his detail to finish makes his workmanship above and beyond any other works I have ever seen, George has also repointed the the entire front and rear of our property along with Chimney and ridge tiles the house looks even better than a new built house, he is an expert builder who takes pride in what he does. So much so I have already asked for further works to be done.

Brilliant, rapid response; an immediate quick fix backed up quickly with a permanent repair when the weather was dry enough to allow roof work. Also a very friendly manner. I highly recommend Roy Foster.

Trot came to install a cat flap through a wall within the house. Done an? absolutely amazing job which looks very neat and tidy! And was at a good price especially considering it was a very niche job! They had great communication and was able to help with any questions we had. Will definitely be using 1st Choice Property Maintenance again!

Had to come out to us twice as the problem turned out to be in our neighbour's drain, but still only charged for one visit. Very reasonable.
