George and his team are experienced builders, replaced my front door with a custom frame/sidelights and raising the floor level in the hallway quite quickly - in fact, they were the only who came next day, gave a quote straightaway and were ready to start in just couple of days. Matt undertook a 4 month project which involved removing walls, installing flooring, kitchen, bathrooms, new radiators, windows, bifold doors. He was 100% reliable and was onsite daily, always happy to give guidance and advice and worked tirelessly to ensure our building went to plan. His work is of a high standard and he has a positive outlook making it easy to work with him and resolve issues. All keen to quote within hours of posting the job. Exchanged messages and wanted to book him for a quote. Sent the videos of the pipe as requested and then got deafed. Messaged to ask if it was something he could do or not. He apologised and said he'd review the video and come back to me...that was 24th March...now on 10th April and still not replied. Total time waster

Hired paul to reconfigure my kitchen. He did not complete the job and walked out after 3 weeks leaving numerous jobs unfinished. Many things they did have had to be redone, the finish was shoddy and I don't think he knows what a right angle is. Would obviously not recommend, other tradesmen that have seen his workmanship have told me to report him to trading standards. He left me with a half finished job, saying he was not able to achieve the level of finish I was looking for.
