With nearly 30 years experience we can cater to all your building requirements and we specialise in domestic extensions. We strive for professionalism at all times and all works are carried out to a high standard. We pay particular attention to reliability as this is one of the areas a lot of customers have issues with. Once we start a project we will be there every day 5 days a week... All quotations are detailed and transparent from the start and if any variations arise the customer will always be informed at the time. We have lots of happy customers and are happy to provide references if required.

Nathan took on a half finished job of a front of house extension and completed it in no time. Accurate quote, reasonable prices constant updates on the progress and always asked us to confirm decisions. Gave his opinion in many stylistic aspects around the house which ended up saving us time and money. Easy to work with and communicate, always on time rain or snow. Highly recommended.

A very professional and courteous company. We bought a property in September 2013 gave a list of jobs we wanted doing and a timescale (ideally before Christmas). we were in by the last week of November with only a couple of jobs left to finish. Chris was very accommodating and all the trades people who came were very friendly and extremely tidy which is great especially when you've got children! overall i would highly recommend Chris Williams and company and would definitely use their services again

I was dubious about using a online company, But these guys turned up and told me exactly the same as my surveyor. They didnt add any extra jobs on and the price was below what my surveyor suggested what it may cost. They arrived ontime and didnt stop untill finished they left no mess. And my surveyor checked their work and was astounded at the quality and price. I will be using the services of this company for any future works.

Andy and Adam were a pleasure to have working on our home, They did an excellent job of making the required changes to the chimney which although relatively small needed attention to detail and a lot of care.They did the work exactly as I'd asked and when they said they would. I hope that I can get them to do the extension that I'm planning next year. Highly recommended.

Hi, I’m Luke, the founding member of Sol.Co- Structural outdoor landscaping company. I have been a self employed builder and fully qualifed bricklayer for the last 15 years. Although bricklaying, stonework and paving are my speciality, I do have a really wide skill set. Please see my gallery for examples. I enjoy working closely with customers and offer a bespoke service for all building needs. Over the last few years I have begun focusing my work towards garden building design. Luke is very professional in all stages of the work he carried out. His quote for removing old decking and replacing it with a paved patio was very detailed and reasonable.
