George and his team are experienced builders, replaced my front door with a custom frame/sidelights and raising the floor level in the hallway quite quickly - in fact, they were the only who came next day, gave a quote straightaway and were ready to start in just couple of days. They also had all the necessary tools and materials, were ready to buy something additional quickly on the day - if further adjustments were required to fit everything as I asked. Cleared the gutters as requested but failed to remedy the leaks from gutters and failed to return to review again.

Dave was fantastic all the way through the job. His price was extremely reasonable and he stuck very near to the original quote even though the job turned out to be significantly more complicated than first anticipated and took longer than we first thought. He kept us very well informed throughout and arrived on time every day. A generally very friendly and easy going guy - would happily use him again.
Personable, did what he said he would. Came on time and explained costs breakdown. Needed cash to buy materials but did so dependably, at a fair price. We explained what we wanted and he did the rest. Also gave input on choices.

James and his partner were late due to bad traffic but kept me updated via text. When they arrived we were out but obviously got straight down to work as, when we got home they had almost finished. They were polite and friendly and even reduced the price as I said I didn't need them to get rid of the rubbish. Chay carried out a significant refurb to my investment property in Armley. He fitted a new roof, bathroom and kitchen to a high standard. Also knocked down kitchen/living room wall and installed LSJ in swift fashion. Other works included re-plastering of the top and middle floor bedrooms, the bathroom and kitchen ceiling. He also installed new radiators, new sockets and carried out first fix on electrics. Truly a jack of all trades, and a great bloke with great work ethic. Would highly recommend.

I am very pleased with the work done by JMR. The tradesmen were pleasant and happy to make any changes or additions to the original plans, with the approval of James (the boss). Nic did an amazing job of the plastering, and Tristan applied his many skills to the build. The estimate was reasonable, and was also the final price charged for the original plan. James charged a fair price for the extra work I requested, and was open to discussion on any aspect of the build. A job well done.
