George and his team are experienced builders, replaced my front door with a custom frame/sidelights and raising the floor level in the hallway quite quickly - in fact, they were the only who came next day, gave a quote straightaway and were ready to start in just couple of days. They also had all the necessary tools and materials, were ready to buy something additional quickly on the day - if further adjustments were required to fit everything as I asked. Mr.M.Anderson did an excellent job renovating my kitchen and he was able to follow my plan and explain everything he was doing according to my plan step by step and, he was also very patient with me while I was explaining what my vision was for my kitchen, also very polite and very understanding and communicated very well throughout his working period, and was very accommodating with every obstacle he faced during the renovation. I used the Rated People website for the first time when the recent bad winds damaged our fences. Although I posted the request on a Sunday night - I was amazed when Ash responded an hour later, following up promptly with a call the next morning. Ash completed the work that same week. He stayed in full contact with us throughout, with updates and details whilst the work was under way. The response and communication was amazing, workmanship was top quality, and the costs very fair. We are very pleased with the work that was done. There was a quick response to the job that day via a telephone call. An appointment was scheduled for a couple of days later and the work was started early that day & completed that same day. The workers were on time, polite, knowledgeable and proficient. They promised to make a visit a week later to remove the supportive structure and did exactly so yesterday. I am very pleased with the work and their professionalism.. i highly recommend them. I am very impressed by the work that has been performed by Adam and Daniel over the last couple of months. From the beginning, with outside work and the inside, with building an extension containing a shower room, they have been excellent in everything they have turned their hands to.
