I cover both indoor and outdoor aspects of Plasteirng and have been on the trade for around 7 years roughly. Whenever I take on a job I do my absolutely best to be neat and tidy as I know how important is is to yourself the customer. All work undertaken is done to the highest possible standard as that’s why all my ratings but one are positive (when I injured my shoulder and had no chance to rectify) I have just come back on Rated People after a couple of years working full time for a specific contractor and have had no need to be on here in case you where wondering why the reviews are old. Robert Heilds came to give me an estimate. He was clear about what was necessary and gave me a fixed price for the job. We agreed a date and time and when he was held up, he contacted me to let me know and attended as soon as he could. The job was completed as I expected and he told me to get in touch if I had any subsequent problems. No problems so fae!
After serving my 4 yr apprenticeship with Manchester City council which i worked on new builds, maintance, renavations & refurbishments which entailed traditional damp proof courses, timber treatments, condensation control & structural waterproofing

The guys got onto the job quickly and at the time specified and got on with the job.The only reason I did not give the quality a full 5 stars is because some of the lower courses of brickwork were not pointed up, but this could be a communication issue as I could not be there to tell them exactly what needed to be done. Would Recommend This Builder.

Emil came and gave us a quote, he explained exactly what had to be done and ensured we understood. Their price was fair and work was excellent and they are very tidy workers. Sometimes a little hard to get hold of hence four not five stars. I would definitely recommend them

Came and visited measured up and said would get back to me with a price. Shook handsthis clearly doesn't mean anything to them. I got the price by text. I agreed and said by text I needed someone you can rely on. The reply by text was you can rely on us we agreed a date and time, I took time off work, I rang emailed and left a voice mail and text to see where they were when they didn't show.I'm still waiting, they are not even polite enough to let me know they couldn't come or didn't want the job.

Spartan Construction is a new Business formed by an experienced workforce. We cover North West England but focus mainly in Lancashire and Cumbria.
Luke gave a decent quote for some roof, paving & fence work. What they did complete was good, but they did not finish the job. Communication was very frustrating and I had to constantly chase for updates. I stupidly paid the full balance after the garden was complete, but before the roof work was. It's now 9 weeks on & despite repeated assurances that they will come back (and me offering a further £200 to complete the roof work), I do not believe they intend to return. 3/5
Going on what my tenant has said discussing your opinion about either what i said ,or if the tenant is paying to much is breaking rule number one . client reliability and has caused me issues/costs.Work is ok but i wont be using again as i cant trust what will be said and relayed between client and tradesman!My advice is do the work and dont say anything to anybody that my cause issues!
