Told me what would be done to repair and make good the botch job of spindles and railings on my decking (obviously done by someone else!). William kept his word and arrived at my address as agreed. despite me not being at home he assessed the damage, called me and we agreed for the job to be carried out. He did not only put back in place the missing tile, but also repaired the roof edges where the cements were missing.
