Terry is new to Bristol and will make a very good name for himself in short order. Terry's work ethic is admirable. He promised to finish in a day and worked in to the evening to complete the job. The standard of finish is exceptional. The work involved skimming two large walls, and boarding then skimming a ceiling. He is diligent, very friendly, a consummate professional, and I doubt you'll find such quality at a better price. I commend him to you and will be asking him to do more work in the near future.

So the context here is that we have had 4 roofers come to us (not from Rated People) to repair our leak. All arrived with promises to resolve our leak and none managed to do this. Jay and his team inspected the job, confirmed what needed to be done and has delivered on his promises. After turning up at 8am on a Sunday morning to assess the job and offer advice, honesty and quote me, Jay was brilliant from start to finish. He was professional, tidy, respectful and extremely organised. I also asked him to look at other jobs whilst he had finished one and he factored in a time for this to. Would I use him again? Without a shadow of a doubt! I already have a few other jobs in the pipeline with his name on them. Jay is brilliant and I can’t sing his praises high enough!
