This firm sub contracted out the work to a local plumber/carpenter who I found difficult to contact. I needed a new shower as he said he couldn`t repair it. I selected the cheapest one as I am upgrading my bathroom later this year. He couldn`t get it straight away so I selected a dearer one which he fitted. He then told me he was going away the next day. If I hadn`t selected the dearer one I would still be waiting! There is some moisture leaking but I really don`t want him again so I`ll wait and see.

Friendly man, did a neat job with the indoor pipework for a downstairs toilet and sink. The next day there were 2 leaks in the outdoor pipes which he advised I fill with silicone, I did and this sorted it. Unfortunately there was also a leak under the toilet due an installation error (seal where the toilet meets the wall) so a handyman had to take the toilet back off to fix this for us.
