We used Kingz for clearance of a very overgrown garden and new fencing. They did exactly what they said they would do in their quote. 8 months after install the gutter had warped and was spilling water. Luke was initially happy to install a couple extra brackets - 3 times he set dates to do the work then didn't turn up and didn't let me know he wasn't coming. I had to pay someone else to fix this job.

Mo came and surveyed what was needed. Then quoted. Had a team he said would be fast and thorough.paid 40% deposit He did not discuss and liaise with other trades working on house. This Caused problems. Ended up flooding both up and downstairs with full radiators left on sides draining onto laminate. floors. Floors ruined and had to be removed and I face 8/10k to replace. Broke fibre optics cable. Refused to accept responsibility for any of the errors and mistakes. Dreadful experience and nothing but stress.

Wall Doctor have now sent a very professional external coatings applicator and he has repaired the paintwork to our satisfaction. This has taken some time to resolve (Partly due to weather constraints) but we are now confident that the job has been done properly.

I this person severed the main electrical cable in my property whilst carrying out work to remove old plaster from the wall overboard and skim Emergency work was carried out by Natiol Grid he has no covered the costly repairs I had to forcibly give one star to get this feedback accepted so it is actually a zero he did not follow health and safety standard by usin a cable and pipe locator resulting in this costly repair.
