He is a highly competent, hard working, very competitive worker. His work is flawless and he is very versatile. He has completed many jobs after the first job was completed. SOME of the work was excellent - in particular the resurfacing of my garden with slate chip looks very nice BUT the felt peeled off the shed roof very quickly and I haven't been able to get him to make good the work :-( hr has offered a partial refund but that just dumps the problem back in my lap :-(

Ben is fast, helpful, positive, strong and he communicates really well. I had a rather complex removal (a lot of small bits of furniture which needed some creative spacial thinking to fit into small storage space). Ben spent an evening and a day with me. And really helped with everything. I asked him for a lot of tips on what to keep and what to throw away and came up with good solutions.
