Pat and his team have done an excellent job. We are very pleased with the result. There has always been clear communication and timely project management of the build. The team have always been helpful and responsive, with real care of the quality of the work done and attention to detail. Was a little dubious about hiring tradesmen through the internet.but i need not have had any concerns. G S Building Solutions were fantastic, did a fantastic job very reliable attention to detail and took pride in his work gave good advise. He is first class and would recommend G S Building Solutions

Did an excellent job of rendering the raised plant beds - even though it took slightly longer than anticipated due to weather conditions I was kept informed and the work came in as per budget. Would highly recommend for similiar work.

I would highly recommend Stan. He has done an amazing and fantastic job in fitting in a new kitchen for my parents. He was friendly and professional through out the work he carried out. He was very hard working and is a very reliable person. My parents love their new kitchen and I am really pleased with the high quality finish as well Stan’s kindness, professionalism and skills. After so many difficult conversations with other builders Ricky and his team were a refreshing change who delivered a brilliant new porch, driveway, complete house roof, extension reroof, fencing and concrete gutter removal! We are very pleased with the work that was done. There was a quick response to the job that day via a telephone call. An appointment was scheduled for a couple of days later and the work was started early that day & completed that same day. The workers were on time, polite, knowledgeable and proficient. They promised to make a visit a week later to remove the supportive structure and did exactly so yesterday. I am very pleased with the work and their professionalism.. i highly recommend them. I used the Fourth Room in March 2013 to do a variety of jobs in my elderly Father's garden. I found Stephen to be very reliable, always answering calls/emails and keeping appointements, professional, polite and friendly. He and his team worked tirelessly in sub zero temperatures to complete the work required to a very pleasing standard. I felt that the cost of the work was competative and good value for money. I will certainly use the Fourth Room again.

Clive and Andy have done a fantastic damp proofing job, totally reliable and a pleasure to have met. I have already spoken with my neighbours regarding them as I can absolutely recommend them and their work. They left everything so tidy as well, even cleaned their own tea cups! The guy's did an excellent job refurbishing my house. From the new bathroom, Kitchen, painting, plastering etc.... No job was out of there reach, i wouldn't hesitate to use them on my next project.

I am very impressed by the work that has been performed by Adam and Daniel over the last couple of months. From the beginning, with outside work and the inside, with building an extension containing a shower room, they have been excellent in everything they have turned their hands to. The element of professionalism with their work was apparent the whole way through....as was the minute attention to detail. They were kind and thoughtful throughout, making sure that everything was always left very tidy
