Ilya did an excellent job for us: he pointed out a couple of things that we had not thought of and put them right, in addition to doing the original job. He was very polite, respected our property and tidied up everything afterwards. Fantastic, we will certainly use him again.

Overall I am very happy with the entire experience of dealing with Dolphin Windows. From the start the communication was at an excellent level and I never had to chase for anything. The cost of the windows was very reasonable with no unexpected costs involved. They were also very helpful in suggesting cheaper options for window style choice. The windows were installed on time and they cleaned up very well after the work was complete. All timelines were met through the process. A super job!

Cosmin, Alex and all their colleagues were excellent. They installed a new toilet room, exactly as we wanted it. The work was high quality, but most importantly Cosmin is accommodating and easy to work with. We are already planning to do another job with him.

Very pleased with John work. He and his team are polite,positive and hard working. Costs fully explained and paid based on schedule of works as building progresses. Any issues, changes are discussed and agreed. All finished inside time quoted. I will be recommending to my friends.

Lewis and his team did a very good job with restoring bricks on my old Victorian house. Painted with all kind of paint by previous owner. Lewis knew exactly what is the best way to clean it off and the result exceeded my expectation. Very good re-pointing and prefect colour match of the mortar mixing 3 different types of sand I have never heard of. Also keeps you updated regarding progress and plan for the next day. Punctual and reliable. I am very happy with the result and will certainly use him again.

Lee Charles recently finished my new driveway, steps and walls which included brickwork, omega blocks and sandstone tiles. Lee's work was professional and thorough throughout and he took time over even the smallest details on the project. Job was to re-point my property, the bin area and the concrete slabs in the garden = Job was done to a high quality and I am extremely pleased with the results. James moved a radiator adding new pipe work. Job was completed in a day, he cleaned up after himself and was a pleasure having h8m n my home. I will give James a call when I need more plumbing done.
