Reliability? Communication? Completion of work in a timely manner? Quality of work? Customer Service? Cleanliness and respect for property? The job is done (in a fashion), but I am not convinced it will last or that the guarantee (which I apparently have) is worth anything. Unfortunately I could not recommend. I should not feel like I need to have a strong male physically present to deal with a tradesman (IYKYK). I will attach photos of evidence if I can, so you can see for yourself.

Couldn't be happier with the work that David and Chris carried out. They completely transformed our garden and gave valuable input into the design as it progressed. They put in some serious hard graft to get the job completed in the timeframe they gave and the price we were quoted is exactly what we paid. They left the place clean and tidy as well. The bottom line is, YOU quoted for the job. No one forced you to take it. You took the £7500, did part of the job and disappeared. I do not need to go back and forth with you. The £2500 is not yours and you can’t say I’m free to take it. No tradesman will do the job is your opinion. I am 100% this is not your first doing this, and will not be your last. I have moved on, please do I will NOT recommend anyone to use you. That’s purely based on my experience
