Living 100 miles from the job, I needed a reliable contractor I felt I could trust. David and his team more than lived up to my expectations. He renovated a complete one bedroom flat from re wire, re plumb, new boiler bathroom, kitchen, flooring, fitted cupboards etc the list goes on. All work was carried out by qualified trades people and certificates of work issued where necessary. He started the job when he said he would, worked long hours and most importantly finished ON TIME, ON BUDGET.

Needed some internal work, including walls and chimney removal. Price was competitive and the work was excellent. Turned up on time, kept us informed and no hidden extras! Not only was the work first class he also took the hassle of building control, submitted the documents and when the inspector wanted an extra bracket for the chimney, he was there, as arranged 2 days later to fit it. If anyone is thinking of needing building work, make sure you include Kevin in your plans.

I'm afraid i had to change my rating because we came across an issue with a part of bath fitted in our bathroom after the job was done. We contacted Liviu and asked him to come and fix it, after a few times contacting him, he arranged to come in but never turned up and have been ignoring our calls ever since, so i am very disappointed with the fact that there was no after care service provided.

Simon was absolutely fantastic. Not only was his quality of work fantastic, he was the best price by a country mile. Really friendly, personable and was constantly cleaning up after himself as to not make a mess. He delivered exactly what he said he would in the time promised, and when it was all said and done the final charge came in under his quote. I would recommend him to anyone needing any plumbing services at all. Thank you for an amazing service.

John and Florin were absolute stars. They completed our work with great professionalism being consistently timely, courteous and extremely helpful. John was very reassuring with many good ideas. They were really professional compared to the other builders that came and contacted me. The Project Manager was also on hand to answer any questions I had and offered me adviced on how best to move forward. We ended up refurbishing our entire bathroom which is looking great now. I would highly recommend London Builders.

We had our garage converted to a new t.v/front room. The job was done in 4 weeks to a fantastic standard that we are so pleased with. They gave us a fantastically precise quote, that was very reasonable, the job was done to a high spec, finished on time, and they were very thorough. They always tidied up after every days work and were very polite and courteous people. I would highly recommend.

Nik team did a fantastic job with replastering water damaged walls and re-grouted my shower room. They even attached a new ceiling light fitting for me, complimentary as a new customer. Gaby is great and I strongly recommend him. I found him to be extremely reliable, exceptionally capable, a very tidy and clean workman, honest, fair and very reasonable in his costings. I also think that he can turn his hand to a lot of different jobs. Gaby installed complicated stair handrails on three floors and did a terrific job. I have already asked Gaby to do another exterior decorating job for me and would always ask Gaby to do all sorts of decorating, carpentry and building works .

Fedor and his team are polite, hard-working and extremely talented. It was a complicated job and Fedor handled it brilliantly. We are absolutely delighted with the beautiful London Stock brick wall that has been built. We would definitely recommend Fedor and Cuicut Construction, and will certainly use them again in the future.
