Tom came to quote and gave a figure much higher than expected. I knew before the £500 was too low but to put £1000 seemed OTT. Discussed requirements and Tom researched the prices. Sliding doors were very expensive. We decided on hinged ones instead saving about £200. The final figure was above budget but I felt it was worth it to have the study I wanted. Tom came when said he would and worked hard to complete the project in the time quoted. I like the quality of result and am pleased with the workmanship.

The job: New render & coating to front of 1930's semi, hallway extended to incorporate porch, new windows + composite door, interior plastering to hall and fireplace surround, two new rads, one surplus rad removed. How: All to great quality standards, polite and skilled workers, very well managed with clear plan & timings and at competitive pricing. Solution-oriented team. Carl called, called in and had a good discussion on our ideas… then quick turnaround on costs / Scope of works. Leaving us plenty of time to think about, with contact back… but never ever pushy! Next stage was a an arranged visit to the showroom, and have to say the standards were a lot higher than I could imagine. Very high quality products and quality of finishes… so it was a no-brainer Currently having works starting, to a time frame which suited us… so went above and beyond the customer satisfaction
