George and his team are experienced builders, replaced my front door with a custom frame/sidelights and raising the floor level in the hallway quite quickly - in fact, they were the only who came next day, gave a quote straightaway and were ready to start in just couple of days. Very good. The removal, plastering, light fitting changes look very neatly done, and my place is ready for the next part of renovation (once I've decided design choices). My other sink is secure now, which was another task I ask of them.

Jason came to provide me a new lawn, as the previous was installed very poorly. The end result is fantastic, but for me it was the craftsmanship on display up to that point that really impressed me. George Bell came to work on some damp related issues in my flat in feb. since having completed the works the problems which first occurred have turned worse and George has been unwilling to get back in contact with me, despite chasing him for 5 months which only reaffirms that the job was poorly undertaken. The company main reception also seems to be a virtual reception so you can never speak with anyone helpful

Good quote and communication about date for work. Start time confirmed for Monday 13th February at 9. I ordered all the things needed ready for the work. But, then he did not arrive and I phoned at three times with no answer and no response on Whatsapp since. No explanation why he did not turn up. This subsequently means my daughter is sleeping in front room until I can find someone else.

We used D & V to replace our garden fence which was damaged in a storm. They came and quoted the job within a day and started the very next day. The job was completed in 2 days and the fence looks great and should last for years. We would recommend for any work of this type.

Henri did a first class job. The door was especially tricky as it had to be made in its entirety - not a ready made or standard door, but from panels and blocks of wood - and to look in period. The shelves also had to fit somewhat un-square Victorian alcoves. The finished items are really very good and extremely well made. I would recommend Henri without reservation.

Do not use this trader. I have used Wayne in the past and he completed the job as quoted. Re-booked again this Easter to supply and fit carpet. He took the cash (over £1000) and we have been unable to contact him since. Currently going through small claims to try and get our money back.
