A few minor teething problems which were sorted immediately. Eddie is an extremely knowledgeable and talented gentleman with a great eye for detail and creativity. We discussed what needed doing and he set about the task thoroughly. He offered advice and was happy to answer questions. James blamed the supplier/manufacturer for the broken slab and not himself for using poor quality materials. He has since reluctantly replaced more broken slabs 3 times in 5 months.
