We used Kingz for clearance of a very overgrown garden and new fencing. They did exactly what they said they would do in their quote. Patrick returned today to clear the mess left behind by the previous workers. He also improved a wooden barrier that was too small. This was a refurb job rather tha new project and I thin k he found it challenging.

Cons: 1) turned up very late on start day; 2) did not remove rubbish; 3) did not clean before they left (new patio was filthy); 4) used materials I had purchased for other jobs to complete their job; 5) quality of rendering on a small area of external wall was awful; 6) insistently pestered for payment having been slow at providing payment information (which we had to request from them).

Mike came out quoted and was able to get a team together to start 3 days later, took them two days to clear a garden, rip out large tree stumps, old fence panels and posts, level the area ready for seeding, got another two days of final leveling the two gardens together, good workers, thanks Mike and Reg!
