A very courteous, friendly, professional team. Got on with the job, it took 2 days longer than planned but they were very upfront and honest about progress, very considerate about being in our home (we had a full rewire) and good about cleaning up and keeping us informed

Completed 30square metres of floor tiling, also laid the under floor heating for us... All round great service, got in contact quickly and came out and quoted at a fair price. Turned up when he said he would, was very knowledgeable and did a great job. Would highly recommend and will use again!

I strongly recommend Kerrigan and team. I've had varied experience on Rated People in the past, but didn't want to leave tradesmen bad feedback. I have no such worry with DCP Lettings. They turn up when they say they will, work was completed at a good fair price and to a high standard. Kerrigan and team are courteous, polite, diligent and mindful of their work. In future I won't be looking on Rated People, I'll be hiring DCP Lettings and joining the ranks of people who can recommend a trusted builder.

Extremely helpful, knowledgeable and capable of doing all types of jobs. Very fair pricing and excellent no hassle service. The job was good, he did extra work for us, but what let it down was that he didn't register the work with the Building Regulations and the Council. And had to ask and chase up so many times for the Part P Certificate and I still didn't receive it from him. He is very good for doing electrical jobs , but don't expect him to register it with council.

Very friendly and amenable. Brad gave a fair price for some additional work while he was here and we were very happy with the work. He communicated with us through the whole job to make sure we were happy with what was being done. Will hire again.

We hired Neil to plaster our lounge. Unfortunately he has left us with an uneven ceiling and at the time of payment it was difficult to see the finished job whilst the plaster was wet. We had a painter and decorator out to finish our room and he remarked about the finish. We phoned Neil and he did return, he also agreed the job was not up to standard. He offered to re do the room, however the painter had finished the room, so we asked Neil for a partial refund. After many phone calls this has not happened.
