Thank you James, and ? ,sorry not sure of your name, for an excellent job replacing our bath sealant, then replacing broken door knob and fitting new toilet seat. All relatively small jobs but still booked us in swiftly and did an great job for a reasonable price. . Would use again and would highly recommend.

Absolutely first class. Very skilled at making joinery to complement the house rather than just use standard off the shelf products. Nothing too much trouble and very flexible when the requirements were changing as the job progressed. .As we were on a tight budget was always willing to suggest different ways of ending up with the same result. The job appeared to go well and the new shower cubicle was well designed and fitted. However, the installer did not call back to check as he had promised. I understand that he was not well at the time following the installation, but it is now 4 months since we heard anything. There were a couple of finishing jobs not done (sealant etc) and some expensive tools left, which are still waiting to be collected.

Robert and Scott where both brilliant, friendly, polite and kept us informed on what they were doing at all times,they turned up when they said they would, and cleaned up as much as possible before leaving, they did an excellent job and did not leave till they were satisfied and made sure we were,all in all from the first visit to the finished work very professional, and you could see that there experience and knowledge was extensive. Jose and his colleagues were extremely hardworking, reliable, polite and friendly. They completed the work in the time originally estimated with a minimum of fuss to a vey high standard. Very happy with my flooring. I would recommend using idyllic floors if you want no hassle and your flooring in quickly. Mine was fitted in a day and I've noticed a lot of fitters quote days to fit. Which doesn't help if you get one day off a week from work or you want it done in a weekend. Mine was a big flat. Very happy and would defo use them again and recommend to friends and family
