I had a professional experience from the first point of contact to the finish of the job. Jay & Jordan are both very knowledgeable, easy to talk to and stick to the agreement. It was a straight forward job, and that's exactly how they handled it. No complications. Handed over a clean and tidy site. Have asked them to quote for another job. We had landing floorboards and some steps on the stairs replaced which couldn’t be seen until the carpets were taken up, so Etmond and the team had to figure a few things out after they began and their experience was very useful in that situation. The work was done to a high standard and they left the flat very clean after cleaning up once the work was complete.
