I had a professional experience from the first point of contact to the finish of the job. Jay & Jordan are both very knowledgeable, easy to talk to and stick to the agreement. More importantly, very approachable and no question was too much, explained in detail what was being done and why, and any recommendations – this is how it should be done. Avoid tradespeople that cannot or do not like to explain themselves. Work quoted was a fair price and the work done to a great standard, will be using them again for more repointing to be done. Helped me with decision making on type of handles and choice of one part-glazed door, and answered all questions. Job took 2 days, Harry was on time, courteous and industrious. He was respectful of my home and tried to keep any mess to a minimum. I was very pleased with the result, the new doors look great. He took the old doors away for disposal. Highly recommended.
