You know how builders start a job and then mysteriously disappear for days on end without warning? And then leave the last few jobs unfinished while they go off and start something else? James doesn't do any of this. At all. He's a builder for the 21st century. He sends pics and updates via social media and sorts out problems when he's not around. He made a very nice job of our extension and I'd highly recommend him. John.

Gary Carter is working very hard on my garden which was in a badly overgrown condition. He has certainly made a difference and it is looking so much better. There is still some work to do and I am very happy with the work done so far.

Absolutely top job, no time wasting, all done as promised without even paying a penny in advance. He only wanted to be paid when he had finished the job and I was happy with the quality of work. Highly recommended.

Woukd like to recommend woziack to anyone. He’s just done a fantastic job on my full bathroom refit. Did it while I was on holiday so came back to a fantastic new bathroom. Also proved what an honest guy he was been in my home alone. Bern a tradesman myself I could have been highly critical but couldn’t find one fault. Excellent finish. Thanks

Wayne and Ash were really professional arrived the time arranged they worked tirelessly for two full day in the extreme heat to complete the job . They worked very tidy cleaning as they went along the father and son were very respectable and pleasant . We would 100% recommend their services .

Super impressed with the service! Tyson Construction were able to help me with waste removal in a house. They had availability within 24 hours, were on time picking up the keys and cleared the house out within a day. Dan carried out plastering and replaced the skirting boards. He was efficient, courteous and competent, completing the job much earlier than I expected. He was a very tidy worker, clearing up after he was finished. I would recommend Dan (I have already booked him for another job.

William came quickly and arrived on time, and was able to solve the problem promptly. He checked the whole area thoroughly to see if there were any other problems, and made sure we were happy that everything had been resolved. William was polite and easy to work with. Very happy with the service.

Graham and Dave have completed my job in full and to a really high standard. The quote given was competitive and no unforeseen extras added. They left the work area clean and tidy. I would recommend Cheslett Property Maintenance and I will hopefully be using them soon to complete my project.

Knowledgable and straight-talking, Terry was extremely helpful and offered a lot of experience to back every suggestion. Dave was fantastic all the way through the job. His price was extremely reasonable and he stuck very near to the original quote even though the job turned out to be significantly more complicated than first anticipated and took longer than we first thought. He kept us very well informed throughout and arrived on time every day. A generally very friendly and easy going guy - would happily use him again.

Andy was fantastic. The work was quality, he turned up as agreed, communicated well and was a tidy worker (including cleaning up when he was done). I’ve got sone other bits of plastering to do in other rooms and will definitely use him again for that work
