Contractors made arrangements to call, arrived on time, they seemed very nice & efficient; however we did not receive a quote as promised, when I queried it; he apologized saying he thought he had emailed me to say it would be late as he had broken his collarbone. Then I received a text saying he wasn't going to quote as he was off sick for 6 weeks, so unfortunately we are unable to rate his work...

Kieren and his team were great! They turned up on time, were polite and friendly the whole time. They put our patio in, in four days, which was amazing. There was good communication throughout and if times or days needed changing that was communicated. They have done a really good job and the patio looks great and we are very pleased with it! Most flat roofs can be done in one single sheet with no need for any joins. The membrane has a life expectancy of 40+ years. They did a great job at taking my garden waste, although the original quote was lower than the quote they gave me after inspecting the task, they quoted before the job but failed to inform it didn't include VAT, which knocked the quoted price up by 20%. Would've been 5 stars if they were clearer with the price. However I cannot fault the work, and it needed to be done.
