Jonathan took on a job that nobody else seemed to want to tackle, and did it for the price I was hoping for. He encountered a few problems along the way but managed to overcome them without having to alter the quoted price. Turned up on time both days and did a full days work, unlike so many tradesmen I've used in the last 6 months.

I found Tony to be punctual, well-informed, courteous and reliable. I really appreciated his suggestions and the time he took to explain the issues he came across as well as the solutions he devised. I have a list of other jobs that need doing in my unfurnished house and hope to enlist Tony again.

On time and offered a repair rather than replacement which has saved me money. He even helped me clear tree branches that were overhanging the guttering so again saving me calling a second person for that job. I would fully recommend to anyone and I have kept his number for future.

Built by Abbott Developments - a large two story pink Staffordshire stone extension to old farmhouse - downstair disabled wet-room facilities, sitting area for elderly parents, - upstairs bedroom / shower room. Hardwood windows. Outside paving. This is a first class outfit. Abbott have a skilled workforce. The whole team are considerate and caring. Abbott are trustworthy and take a pride in the job. Mark was very professional. He did an excellent job in repointing the rear of our Victorian terrace. He was thorough in preparing the job and in clearing and cleaning-up after each day and we're very pleased with the results.
