One of the roofers arrived (on time) and after inspection of the roof gve us a very competitive quote. Having agreed price, date and time to start the work, they arrived on time and immediately started working. Throughout the day they were considerate as they had to access the roof via the house, ensuring that everything was left clean and tidy. You would not think you had just spent a whole day with roofrees in the house as the roof looked like new (solar reflective paint). Would recommend this firm as a unit providing a service without being "ripped off", as you paid the price agreed with no add-ons.

Lewis and his team arrived onsite ready to start work immediately. I was impressed by their professional friendly approach and the level of skill, craftmanship and attention to detail from all of the team members during the rewire. Barry was very friendly and cheerful, turned up when he said he would and got on with the job with no fuss at all. He was very unobtrusive when working and performed the work to a high standard. There were a couple of things we noticed that weren't quite right once the work had finished, and he was very happy to come back round and sort things out even a couple of months later. Would definitely recommend him.

He agreed a fixed price for fixing the toilet that evening which was half of what other plumbers have suggested and it did not matter how long it took fix the toilet. He arrived on time. It was comfortable to have him around the house with young children. There was a problem with the rubber seal as well as the original issue. He still stuck with his original charge agreed on Friday evening and only charged me extra for parts. He's very honest and I would not hesitate to call him again.

David and Matt took a detailed look at the problem when quoting: hard to see from the ground so they took digital photos to explain what was needed. They gave options for materials when doing the estimate and when the job had started. It was a good job, completed to time and within cost, with minimum disruption. The site was left very tidy and David and Matt took a 'can-do' approach to difficult site access. Highly recommended!
