George and his team are experienced builders, replaced my front door with a custom frame/sidelights and raising the floor level in the hallway quite quickly - in fact, they were the only who came next day, gave a quote straightaway and were ready to start in just couple of days. They also had all the necessary tools and materials, were ready to buy something additional quickly on the day - if further adjustments were required to fit everything as I asked. Tom arrived with his son and brother. They were keen to address the issue and after assessing the roof area and the velux windows, came up with a solution and carried out the repairs. They were polite and amiable, and discussed what they were going to do with me before starting. They cleared up after the work was completed, and gave an assurance if there was an issue with further leaks to contact him and he would return to put right.would certainly recommend.

These builders did turn up and have worked on the chimney. However, I've not received photos of the job they did or received a guarantee as promised. There is damp in the wall still After several attempts to contact them, I've recieved nothing back.

George Bell came to work on some damp related issues in my flat in feb. since having completed the works the problems which first occurred have turned worse and George has been unwilling to get back in contact with me, despite chasing him for 5 months which only reaffirms that the job was poorly undertaken. Caution urged. My initial review written while wearing rose tinted specs! Reality is very different. I used this trader for other tasks and now have incomplete work on several jobs. My fault, I paid in full having believed everything I was told about status of completion. No response to messages.

Took 4 months to repair water damage to living room ceiling. Small damp testing holes left unfilled in walls. After 6 months they are either unable or unwilling to give me the value of the insurance claim for me to get new policy quotes. Regretfully I cannot recommend using this company.
