George and his team are experienced builders, replaced my front door with a custom frame/sidelights and raising the floor level in the hallway quite quickly - in fact, they were the only who came next day, gave a quote straightaway and were ready to start in just couple of days. They also had all the necessary tools and materials, were ready to buy something additional quickly on the day - if further adjustments were required to fit everything as I asked. We have over 12 years experience in internal plastering and external rendering. We cover all aspects of plastering including Venetian (polished plaster) and microcement.
the worst job ever i have seen i hired anthony as a professional to do some finishing touches on venetian plaster but he didnt do it he took a deposit then he disappeared for three weeks telling stories that he was sick or he didn't have time when he finally came to do the job he did it even worse than before came with one can of filler and made my walls a ugly color arguing that they couldn't be done better didn't return the deposit! i don't recommend it to anyone, do not pay deposit this person

Poor communication and lack of project management skills and honesty leaves something to be desired of this company. A 4 week job turned into a 16 week job due to the fact that the sub contractor was not released monies to purchase materials although I paid a hefty 30% deposit and further 30% before up to roof level. I would recommend Carl the sub contractor that did the work but wouldn't recommend CM Masonry. The sub contractor did a good job thankfully so the end result is good.
George Bell came to work on some damp related issues in my flat in feb. since having completed the works the problems which first occurred have turned worse and George has been unwilling to get back in contact with me, despite chasing him for 5 months which only reaffirms that the job was poorly undertaken. The company main reception also seems to be a virtual reception so you can never speak with anyone helpful
HTB Construction is a family business. We undertake all aspects of building work, i.e. full renovations, conversions, extensions, bricklaying, plastering, pointing and GRP roofing. My job was completed within a couple of days of being added to the site, within our budget and to a high standard. The guys were friendly and polite. Will certainly use them again.
Very honest , transparent, and polite team , providing a service from concept design to finished product Unfortunately last job was unfinished due to an accident in filey in where I drowned trying to rescue someone in the sea Tragic failed rescue has miraculous happy ending , on youtube I suffered memory loss and severe problems after this and after working for another firm for short while I am ready to start again on my own so please take this into consideration with my last review
Unfortunately, over 12 months into the project, it is still not finished. There were a few circumstances outside of Tom's influence, but the delay's have been accompanied by repeated lies about finalising the project, and poor quality of the work that has been done.

Very expensive for poor quality work
Our company specialises in the conversion of houses into flats and HMO’s. We have every trade working full time and employed. We do not use sub contractors. We are a reputable electrical contractor and plumbing contractor. We can carry out small to large works.
Great bunch of lads. Paul came round to quote within a couple of days, fair price, tradesmen all professional, respectful, tidy and communication great! Have already asked them to do more work for me. Definitely recommend.
Turned up, nice chap. Good discussion and agreed that he would get back to us with outline plans. Never heard from him again.

My experience was terrible. Exactly the same experience as other bad reviews I suspect any good reviews are fictitious. Paid £200 on the understanding grass would be strimmed then cuttings mowed.. “Frank” advised he would return fortnightly for £18. Butchered the grass with a strimmer and never returned leaving a horrendous mess but payment was made to C Stubley. Do not hire I am a disabled pensioner and feel badly conned.
