A quick, efficient and friendly set of guys. I had them in to clean and paint my mums fence, and then she asked them to do some jet washing and further painting around the garage. I am an elderly person with a disability and have limited funds. My fence was needing repaired due to the recent storm in January 2025. The tradesperson, Lewis, came to give me a quote, we got chatting and he offered to repair the damaged 6 meter fence FREE OF CHARGE! Not only that, the professionalism and attention to detail was second to none. If you are looking for a very talented, honest and professional joiner, look no further!

I had reason to engage R W property mainteance to carry out some work on my roof on the 16 April. Robert turned up on time to do the work and left on completion. A few days later I discoverd the satelite dish receiver was damaged at the point where Robert erected his ladder to gain access to the roof. and the receiver had been tapped back onto the satelite support arm. Despite sending Robert messages to call me regarding this matter no reply haSbeen received to date.

Graham fixed my outdoor Christmas lights, but we didn’t test them before he left. I specifically requested roof gutter lights, which required a tall ladder. Later, the gutter lights didn’t work. After paying a significant amount, I politely asked Graham to return. His shocking response was that he couldn’t come until Tuesday, there’d be an extra charge, and suggested I ask a neighbor or window cleaner. His lack of empathy and care was disappointing. I wouldn’t recommend him due to his indifferent attitude.

Absolutely atrocious. Caused so many leaks our ceiling collapsed. Doubled the price after the fact. Such awful quality we had to get the "new" roof replaced (and our neighbours'). Left the place in a complete mess. Avoid at all costs.
