We hired Harry and his team for a full refurbishment of a dated property and couldn’t be happier. Harry managed everything, from the rip-out to electrics, kitchen, bathroom, and new central heating. Despite a tight deadline, they had it ready for decorating in just four weeks. They worked tirelessly to bring our vision to life, We’re thrilled with the results and grateful for their dedication. Thanks Roman from Cotelco Tiling for dropping by to sort out our small tile replacement job (kitchen floor). He did a fantastic job despite that some of the replacement tiles, I had organised, were 1mm smaller than the original tiles, which didn't bother us. Thanks to his professional experience and finesse the difference is only visible if when really closely looking for it. Roman did a fantastic job indeed. Highly recommend him.

I was very pleased with Ian of Imac Property Services, after having a very unprofessional carpenter start my oak porch. I rang Ian and he came to see me asap and finished the job off well. I have nothing but praise and where I would like to list the attributes of this contractor, it would take too long but, what I will say is that brilliant in all three categories is a massive understatement. For anybody wanting a plasterer, I cannot recommend this contractor highly enough in all categories; hire with confidence!

I am very satisfied with a quality of the work. The tradesperson explained me possible consequences of the job (since the wardrobe was attached to the ceiling, the floor and the walls I would need a decorator later on) before he started, was asking for my clarification on some details during the course of his work, Everything was done neatly, the tradesperson vacuumed the floor after he finished and removed the rubbish. I am definetely reecommending him.

Malcolm and Ellis have been amazing, Having started to lose the will to live with countless unreliable and un-contactable builders that promised everything but delivered nothing, Malcolm has come through and done everything he said he would, communicated everything throughout the entire job and came back to me whenever I had questions. James was excellent from start to finish. He was extremely prompt at visiting and quoting and kept in contact before the work started. He hung four internal doors for us in just over 3 1/2 hours. He was very quiet, quick and cleaned up after himself. We will definitely be going back to him when we need further work of this type. Highly recommend

I would not recommend you use Richard. The initial consultation was good and the process agreed for the work was fair. However, Richard did not turn up on the day. I tried to call and there was no response. I later found out there had been a family death, so we renegotiated a date for the work to commence only to experience the same situation; a no show. This time there was no call, as to why he didn’t show. Richard demonstrated a complete lack of professionalism and respect. Stay well clear!

Damion from swift & neatmuilttrader ltd was fantastic!! he came & viewed the chimney, gave me a very reasonable quote, also didn't make a fuss as some other roofers did!! did the work in under 30min.. excellent job, he very professional. will be using him again on other bits around the house! 5 Star.
