Excellent job done. Professional from start to finish. Friendly and approchable. Turned up when he said he would. Had lots of problems to fix in my kitchen but nothing was a problem for Ewan, even the unexpected issues. Went above and beyond at times. Would highly recommend and would have no hesitation to use him again.

I am very pleased with the work done by HQ home improvement (Martin & Marek). From the initial quote to the final clean-up, everything was top-notch. They were professional, communicative, and even went above and beyond to ensure we were happy with the results. The attention to detail was remarkable, and the finished rooms look fantastic! I am very pleased with the service recieved from Alex. He quicky provided a competitive quote and arranged to get the work done on a Saturday morning. It involved the repair of an external door and he moved other jobs around so he could get to this sooner because it affected the security of the building. The repair looks great and he has painted the door frame for us. Alex even agreed to adjusting a door closer whilst there at no extra charge. I will use McLaurin Joinery again.

Andy is a joiner and he built my TV stand, he was so nice and made me feel comfortable chatting away while doing his job and my TV stand was up in a bout 15/20 mins he even put my TV onto my new stand and I am hoping he has time to get time to build my daughters flat pack dining table and 4 chairs, a nice TV stand for living room and a small set of drawers for her daughter's bedroom also his prices are very reasonable all in great Job Andy.

Nigel is very reliable & trustworthy. We had a quote within 24hours and the job was done within a few days. Nigel work is to a very high standard and we were delighted with our lounge. We will be using Nigel again in the future and we will be recommending him to all friends and family.

Great job done by Paul. Excellent quality of work. We had skirtings & facings replaced throughout the house, which Paul did...even although the walls of the house caused him some problems! He also glazed and hung three internal doors, again with the walls and door frames being less than forgiving. Paul arrived on time, completed the job...including additional ones...and cleaned up after himself. Would use him again, and would recommend him to anyone.

Andy recently completed decking for us and also a small inside job to box in electric metres. We are very pleased with the finished jobs. Andy showed up when expected and finished the job when expected too. He has done a brilliant job and transformed what was a old crumbling patio into an amazing raised decking which is safe for the kids and will be great for sitting out. I can't recommend Andy enough. Duncan removed a load-bearing wall from my flat and fitted supporting beams. He also arranged scaffolding and coordinated a plumber to run new drainage to allow the relocation of the kitchen and bathroom. I was really pleased with all aspects of the work which was completed efficiently and to a high standard. Duncan is approachable, honest and trustworthy, he always seemed happy to give me his time to discuss the job and kept me well informed on progress. Nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommended.
