We used Kingz for clearance of a very overgrown garden and new fencing. They did exactly what they said they would do in their quote. They worked hard, left the garden tidy, and took away all the waste. They were very pleasant and Emma, in particular, gave good advice regarding ongoing after care of the garden. Unfortunately Under 1 Roof were too busy to quote within my time frame so I cannot comment on their work. James sent many photos of previous projects when asked and it would definitely approach them in the future.

Very poor service, job still not completed. Simple job of testing, performed in begining of March, numerous calls/texts sent, certificates never arrived. Excuses included like “certificates are ready, just need to email”, “computer got virus”, “in hospital” etc. How long does it take for prepared certificates to be sent? Definitely not over a month. Very disappointed.

We have found drainage problems which the insurance company will not honour due to incorrect installation during this project. This has cost us dearly.
Ecotech carried out a complete bathroom installation. At the time i wasn't completely happy with the tiling - although a few years on, the tiles haven't dropped off! One or two issues where certain activities were carried out without checking with me first but in general everything was ok

En suite shower fitted - shower tray repeatedly leaked causing damage to newly painted ceiling in my lounge, the tiling in the shower enclosure is shoddy and the shower door was fitted the wrong way round. I had to sped nearly £300 getting an experienced plumber to sort out the shower tray, shower controls and damaged shower plinth.
