Very bad workmanship. Huge hole just left in wall where pipe went through. Had to have someone in to replaster and make good. Boiler now condemned for a second time in two years. Flue has gaping holes around it and the gas flow sample test point was left with no cap and then the replacement doesn't fit either. AA homeserve say it's the worst installation they have ever seen.

I would definitely use Igor again. Positives were: - friendly & helpful - accommodated all our changes - good standard of work - stuck to Budget and I believe he genuinely did everything he could to help make our project affordable - has come back to investigate minor issues even after final payment There were some inevitable delays. Some were entirely our fault though - only improvement for future projects would be earlier warnings if delays foreseen.

From start to finish we found Chris and Michael to be polite and confident in their approach to the job, the work has been completed quickly and to a really high standard, everything added has been done neatly and they have taken into consideration our future requirements for a kitchen and ensuite we plan to fit. On completion they've taken us through the system and answered any questions, most importantly everything has been left neat and tidy. We couldn't ask for more and are happy to recommend them. Jerzy completed installing two boilers and changing all the radiator valves to a very professional standard. He is meticulous in his work and a thoroughly nice, well-mannered man. I cannot fault his work and wouldn't hesitate to hire him again for future jobs. I will fully recommend him to friends and family.

They deserve good marks all round. The quote was extremely reasonable and competitive. Once we agreed the job, they turned up on the day, on time! The project was finished on budget in the projected time frame, and all the while they were extremely pleasant, professional, and easy to deal with. Highly recommended.
