This was a simple job, so there was not a great deal to judge them on. All I can say is that they were pleasant, arrived late, but worked quickly. The final job was perfectly satisfactory and the price was reasonable. I would use them again.

Akram did a great job! really friendly and helpful! We had the bathroom layout changed to accommodate a large walk in shower, had the toilet moved and still managed to keep a bath tub, albeit a smaller tub! Very happy!! Would use his services again for sure!

Update. Less than a year later hot water cylinder stopped working. Nick doesn't return call nor text nor emails. On top of that he never sent any supporting documents as it was promised, so I now I have difficulties claiming a warranty. Shady. Stay away.

GLS did some work on our cottage, including renovating a staircase, fitting skirting boards and door frames, hanging doors and installing a built-in wardrobe. Andrew and his team did a complete gut out, redesign and extension to our house, the work was completed a year ago but I forgot to write a review. 3 new bathrooms, new plumbing, electric, everything. The work was completed to a very high standard and he said he guaranteed it, and in the last 9 months, any issue that has come up he has come over within days and repaired anything immediately. Dave did a teriffic job clearing up my very overgrown garden and accomplished in just a few hours a job I had been ignoring for months. He was very prompt to reply to my posting and appeared in the garden just a couple of days later. He did such a good job he's coming back to build us a bike shed and sort out the flowerbeds. In August he switched off our heating and since then despite knowing we have 3 kids and no heat he has not engaged despite 9 texts, 5 messages, the only time I spoke to him was when he picked up the phone by mistake and bumbled an answer to get rid of me.
