The actual engineer was fine and did a good job. BUT THIS COMPANY ARE MIDDLE MEN. JOB COST TWICE AS MUCH AS AN ENGINEER SHOULD. AVOID, THEY ARE CROOKS AND THIEVES AND IT'S A DISGRACE THAT TRUSTED TRADER LIST THEM.

This firm sub contracted out the work to a local plumber/carpenter who I found difficult to contact. I needed a new shower as he said he couldn`t repair it. I selected the cheapest one as I am upgrading my bathroom later this year. He couldn`t get it straight away so I selected a dearer one which he fitted. He then told me he was going away the next day. If I hadn`t selected the dearer one I would still be waiting! There is some moisture leaking but I really don`t want him again so I`ll wait and see.

Booked twice after confirming rate. First time he asked to change date. Agreed new time and date. Waited and he never turned up or contacted to say he wasn't going to do the job. Still need a cooker disconect and cap off. So I can move . No new communication.
