Did a fabulous job on my back yard concrete patio which was crumbling in places and needed levelling. Also suggested adding another step to a rather steep step in place already which made perfect sense and he did a great job with that too. Took 1 day and sent photos of the site after work. Very impressed and very happy with the outcome. I recommend this company and will be using them again on other jobs in the future.

Haba came and looked at the job and gave me a price we agreed on a start date which he kept started the job on time his work was clean and tidy and gave a fair price for the job . John was a nice chap who gave an honest assessment of our problem. John determined that there was not a fault with our plumbing and therefore we were only required to pay for his investigation effort. He was on time, polite and reasonably priced.

I had some fencing replaced, some crazy paving taken up and gravel put down and a gate erected by these guys. The work was done to a great standard with minimum fuss and in a timely fashion. They do not use any sub-contractors so you know who you are dealing with throughout the project. The site was left clean and tidy too so I am more than happy to recommend SNC Building and Maintenance Service for similar jobs.
