Malcolm was hired to replace a broken hot water tap in the bathroom that had fallen into pieces.?He came on the date and time as promised. He immediately diagnosed the faulty mechanism which he fixed and then reassembled the tap and refitted to the sink. He saved me the expense of buying a new tap, or maybe two if we couldn’t source a match for the other one. An excellent all round service so thank you Malcolm. .

Not a great experience. New shower tray walk in shower fitted for disabled parent. Returned to find a very poor job. Not sealed around the tray, along the trim and sealant on panels at the top missing and incomplete. Black scuff marks left on the ceiling. Root cause identified that the trader uses contractors for some parts and clearly doesn't inspect their work therefore had to withhold payment (although pressured on email to pay) to make sure it was put right. Most rectified I'll complete sealing.
