Sadly I've had to change my rating as I'd no longer recommend. While this initial job was done well, I then contracted Joe to lay some laminate flooring in the same room. After buying (and charging me for) enough beading to cover all the edges of the room, he left without laying it all and took the rest with him so I couldn't even do it myself. Aside from that, there were other issues with the floor. Tried to get him to come back several times but doesn't show up when agreed and is ignoring my calls.

Finding a decent company is like breathing fresh air. Leading up to the job, communication was excellent. Theo answered all the questions I needed to build that initial trust. It was potentially going to be a messy Job, but Theo was thoughtful in coming up with a solution to minimise the level of dust we would have had to spend days cleaning up afterwards. I was waiting for Morgan to come back and finish the job, as he promised. The workmanship was not professional at all. I've had to pay out more money to bring it to standard. I paid him in good faith that he would be back to finish the job, but no show. The doors are not level, the frame wasn't attached to the wall. The plaster is cracking and not even. The ceiling plaster boards were just knocked up over my coving. Was very laxed on days to come work. The list can go on. Not happy

Only on site for 2 hours and didn't complete the job very well. Not happy with the price i paid for the work completed. Feel like i was taken advantage of.
My customer and I were very happy with the work. The finish was very good and they responded well to my customers ever changing demands. Will like as not use them on future tiling projects as there finsih is much better than I can achieve. Good value for money.
