Tony contacted me straight away about a quote to replace some bathroom tiles and arranged to come to give a.quote soon after. The quote was very reasonable, and he was able to come within a couple of days to do the work he arrived in time, made little noise or mess. He cleaned up afterwards, and the job is first class. He even fitted a new shower mixer. Would recommend Tony, and will be asking him back when there are more jobs to do.

Placed advert Thursday. Contacted same day by Mike with a view to coming out and quoting next day. Came on time priced the job on Friday and arranged to start work on the Tuesday. Mike worked with his son Silas. What a really nice pair. Genuine, polite and got on with the job even though I asked for a few tweaks along the way. Both very old school and worked at their own pace - happy with work carried out and will use them again. Reasonable price too.

Chris has been very satisfactory and a quick, willing and tidy worker. Has arranged to come regularly to mow the grass and do general maintenance, which is exactly what we have been looking for.

Pat and his team have done an excellent job. We are very pleased with the result. There has always been clear communication and timely project management of the build. I would highly recommend Stan. He has done an amazing and fantastic job in fitting in a new kitchen for my parents. He was friendly and professional through out the work he carried out. Highly recommend- Friendly, reliable and reasonably priced. They realistically help to make plans come to life working through decisions needed at each stage. Petru and his crew were great, he kept me informed of what he was doing and when. The place looks great. He was well in budget and went the extra mile for me. He was consistently friendly and polite. He kept an eye on the project the whole time and was always prompt to reply to any queries I had.

I used the Fourth Room in March 2013 to do a variety of jobs in my elderly Father's garden. I found Stephen to be very reliable, always answering calls/emails and keeping appointements, professional, polite and friendly. He and his team worked tirelessly in sub zero temperatures to complete the work required to a very pleasing standard. I felt that the cost of the work was competative and good value for money. I will certainly use the Fourth Room again.
