Petru and his crew were great, he kept me informed of what he was doing and when. The place looks great. He was well in budget and went the extra mile for me. He was consistently friendly and polite. He kept an eye on the project the whole time and was always prompt to reply to any queries I had.

I used the Fourth Room in March 2013 to do a variety of jobs in my elderly Father's garden. I found Stephen to be very reliable, always answering calls/emails and keeping appointements, professional, polite and friendly. He and his team worked tirelessly in sub zero temperatures to complete the work required to a very pleasing standard. I felt that the cost of the work was competative and good value for money. I will certainly use the Fourth Room again.

John Makkar and his incredible team have made the experience of renovating our whole 5 bedroomed house an absolute pleasure ! The enthusiasm and professionalism is outstanding as well as the quality of work and his excellent communication. I can’t rate John and the team highly enough! Very happy with Jonathan. Too often, we have experienced overpriced and delayed services. Jonathan provided the most competitive price for two days work, however he completed a grand job in half the time and only charged us for the one day. Marius and his team are fantastic. They are highly proficient across all the building disciplines so don't need to sub contract out any of the work, This means that the project runs incredibly smoothly and at a very competitive budget. I have nothing but praise for their work ethic, communication and organisation. I would recommend them to anyone. No matter how big the job, from bathroom fitting to multi storey extension, you are guaranteed a great result.

Andrei and his brother fitted our fence/gate and repaired our front wall. He is very professional and listened to our sugessions. He communicates very well and it has been pleasure having him to do the work for us. He clearly has lots of experience and I would have no problem hiring him again.
