We used LFC for a rear ground floor extension, this was the 1st time we had undertaken major build work, so we were understandably nervous. LFC made us feel very comfortable, there work was of the highest quality and they worked extremely hard; even tidying up at the end of each day. We were consulted on a regular basis as to how work was proceeding and given options for directions forward. I would thoroughly recommend LFC to anyone in need of build work – large or small, their prices are incredibly good and the dedication and attention to detail are very impressive. Very much look forward to using LFC in the future.

Gabriel and Adrian did an excellent job with my small bathroom refit. Not only were they super helpful (assisting me to collect an item) but they also identified potential issues with the job as we went on and suggested cost effective remedies to ensure the finish was the highest possible spec. This included using bonding to fix a panel which had been poorly installed by my developers. I’m really happy with the result and would recommend them highly!

Top drawer. When dean gave us the quote it was not the cheapest we had received. However the detail in it won us over and sure enough there were no extra costs that could of been seen at the outset. Tidy every night. Accommodating. Excellent standard of work. Very happy customers. Intend to use this company again.

Victor did a brilliant job on our living room and gave excellent advice on what was required to make the finish of the job as perfect as possible. Victor was happy to help in purchasing materials but he gave me a list of what he wanted and I was happy to get everything. The job took a little longer than expected but I was happy to accommodate given the quality of work that was delivered. I would not hesitate in recommending Victor or using him again in the future.

The tradesman was absolutely fantastic, professional, understanding, helpful and even provided some key advice. I would use this tradesman again at a drop of a hat. Had to wait on a plumber, which was no problem. In fact everything was "no problem". A pleasure to have met such a gentleman along with someone who did a fantastic job. 5 stars all round!

Liam was a really nice guy he hung 5 doors and replaced all the skirting in 3 of our bedrooms. The work was carried out to a good standard. Liam was asked to have a look at our creaking stairs while he was there and was kind enough to fix this at the same time free of charge. Liam's number has been saved in my phone and he will be my first call should I need any form of joinery in the near future. Also left the place nice and tidy finished on time. We could not be happier with our new wall - it has totally transformed the look of our garden, and made it much safer and more secure. Sam and Luke were excellent from start to finish: arriving promptly on the days arranged, working tidily and efficiently, as well as being very patient and clear when answering all our queries. I would not hesitate to recommend them to others, and have already asked them to provide a quotation for further work.

Brad built 3 brick pillars for us among other things but he was prompt on original attendance, prompt on quote, and what a top finish. Peter was very friendly and helpful when he came to quote on my extension work. He also quoted on my bathroom and this he has now completed to a very good standard. Daniel and Alex from Criteria have restored my faith in builders. They were very friendly (no hard sell) and helped to assess the job that I needed with very useful hints and tips. The one point I liked the most was the way they worked. Very neat and tidy and with attention to detail. I suppose I am fussy but I believe that if a job is worth doing it is worth doing properly. It has been great to find guys that actually seem to have pride in what they do and I would recommend them very highly.
