All keen to quote within hours of posting the job. Exchanged messages and wanted to book him for a quote. Sent the videos of the pipe as requested and then got deafed. Messaged to ask if it was something he could do or not. He apologised and said he'd review the video and come back to me...that was 24th March...now on 10th April and still not replied. An appointment was scheduled for a couple of days later and the work was started early that day & completed that same day. The workers were on time, polite, knowledgeable and proficient. He sent some messages to me with his last saying he will check diary to book me in, 7 days later and several messages from me that have gone ignored and I assume he isn't interested anymore albeit hasn't told me that but if you are ignoring someone, that's the sense they get.
