Reacted to the job advert promptly, arranged a suitable time and turned up efficiently. Took pictures to show me where the problems lay, quoted and then took pictures of what was put in to fix the problem. Very reliable and thorough in the job. Also advised that theres a 10 year guarantee on the works completed. Highly recommended.

I used Steve and the team[QSP] for my loft conversion in Harborne. The quote was competitive. The works were undertaken to a very high standard. Tidy workers and sensitive to client needs. Works completed to budget and on programme. Snagging [minor] all dealt with without any fuss. Very pleased guys excellent job.5 stars.

I was dubious about using a online company, But these guys turned up and told me exactly the same as my surveyor. They didnt add any extra jobs on and the price was below what my surveyor suggested what it may cost. They arrived ontime and didnt stop untill finished they left no mess. And my surveyor checked their work and was astounded at the quality and price. I will be using the services of this company for any future works.

Inskip bros have done an excellent job replacing a stretch of guttering and facia boards across the rear of my property. Wayne's quote was very competitive, he was punctual and a very hard worker. Would certainly recommend.

I apologise for not having posted a rating before now. I thought I had already done so. Our loft conversion has transformed how we live.The cost was fair. The work was carried out to a good standard, quickly and tidily with minimum disruption. We are happy with the result. The "Boys" were friendly and easy to have about and full of good advice. I would use Roy again and have already recommended to others.

Paul and Dave did a great job. My garden was in such a mess!! Weeding was done, ivy growing around walls cut back. Worst job of all was the roots of a conifer growing under slabs. They lifted up slabs digging up and cutting back heavy roots. Slabs, including 3 further slabs were relaid. Added to that lawns were neatly cut. They tidied up after work was completed. Excellent work done in a professional way. 11/10 I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing work done

Paul was lovely. He arrived on time and worked hard all day skimming the walls in my back bedroom and he did an excellent job. I was very pleased with the results. I will definitely use him again if I need to have plastering work done. His price for the job was I think very reasonable too

Luke is very professional in all stages of the work he carried out. His quote for removing old decking and replacing it with a paved patio was very detailed and reasonable. He kept me informed at every stage of the work. When he finished laying down the patio he left the area clean and tidy. We needed a new shower enclosure to fitted without having spend too much time thinking about it! Andy assessed the job, emailed suggestions for fixtures and fittings and provided a realistic quote for the work. He turned up as planned to do the work, worked hard and finished the job to our complete satisfaction. I can't recommend EPM Bathrooms highly enough!
