David fitted carpets in both my lounge and bedroom and lino in my kitchen. I am a landlady and have moved away from my property in Exeter. We have been very pleased with the renovation work done by Waycon. You need a good relationship with your builder in taking on ideas and not being afraid to ask questions. We have exactly this with Steve and James, a great job done with precision and thought. We now have garages which are an asset to the neighbourhood with several enquiries from passers by as to who had done the work - in itself a tribute to the quality of their work. Ludvik and his team offered competitive pricing and did a great job replacing the flooring of my entire flat in a herringbone style. It was a complex job involving dismantling and rebuilding in a tight space, but they were punctual and finished ahead of schedule. Ludvik was helpful with follow-up requests. There were some ceiling marks from moving furniture—understandable, though I had hoped they’d be repainted, but a quote was given. Overall, I was very happy and would recommend them.
