Joe was very professional, punctual, tidy and all at a competitive price! Very quick to respond to my request.. and was very straightforward and telling me how much exactly cost and with no hidden extras. The cat-flap installed looks amazing and works perfectly! I found Tony to be punctual, well-informed, courteous and reliable. I really appreciated his suggestions and the time he took to explain the issues he came across as well as the solutions he devised. I have a list of other jobs that need doing in my unfurnished house and hope to enlist Tony again.

Quick and efficient and a job well done fitting skirting board to our irregular shaped walls. Kim and co were friendly and quickly came back to fix something that needed attention a couple of weeks after the job had been completed and payment had been made. Would use again - thank you!

Superb workmanship, and advice, had washing machine installed in small kitchen,no mess to clean up and very pleased with job done, will be using this team again for all other jobs that need doing in new house. would recommend to family and friends.

Phil was brilliant, very reliable and did an excellent job, he even cleaned up everything afterwards so you couldn't tell he had been except for the great new door and window he had replaced for me. I will use again( soon!) I would highly recommend Kraftworks to anybody who needs a joiner.

Top quality job laying the floor. Problem with unevenness of first woodstain application meant it had to be sanded off and redone. However, they just got on with it and we are very happy with the result.

An absolute pleasure to have working for us. I don't feel the need to tell them what i need constantly, they help me with what would be the best solution and what could be done to make my home better. The work is of excellent quality and i have full trust and reliability in them. For the amount of work that was needed in my home the value and quality was amazing. Great value for money and just honest, humorous personalities. Would fully recommend.
