Patrick came to fix an immerser and do an EICR assessment and provide a certificate on completion. He did the former then completed the EICR but didn't leave the certificate. He then ignored my repeated calls, texts and emails to sort the problem leaving me with no option but to pay another £250 for a service I thought someone on Rated People would be vetted for. I have also since found out his company went out of business. Daylight robbery. Do not employ this provider.

I’m still cleaning up days later - glue absolutely everywhere. All up my newly painted skirting boards, up my doors and glue all over new vinyl. No care was taken to prevent the glue from getting everywhere. Plus why would you join the doors by putting vinyl over vinyl? So there’s an obvious bump as you come in through the door. Floor bars were rammed in so he damaged paint. I’ve had to remove the floor bars myself and cut the vinyl to flatten the bumps and I paid full price for all of this?

My living room carpet was fitted by Ryan today. Can't praise him enough, he did a fantastic job. He worked continuously until the job was done. Very competent, hard worker, will be using him again to lay flooring in the future.
I am able to provide a service of fitting carpets/vinyl/screeding/vinyl tiles/carpet tiles/plywood/linoleum. Additional Costs: Refitting or reusing used carpet, uplifting existing flooring, patterned carpets, moving furniture and more time consuming than made out to be in the advertised post. Can also take away rubbish depending on job size which also has an additional cost.
