He is friendly, punctual, trustworthy, knowledgeable about tiles/tiling and worked round our living situation - a family of 4 with 3 dogs, so it wasn’t easy! He gave the available options of what could be done and also provided his recommendation. He worked extremely clean and was really dedicated to his work.
